 Protech Business Machines Inc. was first established in the late seventies and was located at 917 Monroe Ave, Rochester NY. We started out just selling and servicing calculators, typewriters, and word processors. In the beginning of the eighties, the company moved to 1475 East Henrietta Rd, Rochester NY.
By the mid-nineties, Protech bought out ALA of Rochester’s typewriter department.
In the year 2002, the company name changed to Protech Service and moved to 281 Dewey St. Two years later, Protech took over Varispace’s customers. We now service and sell a wide range of office equipment which includes copiers, printers, facsimiles, typewriters, shredders, time clocks, and re-manufacturing of laser cartridges.
